Woman arrested for attempting to kill Starbucks customers. A woman has been arrested in California on suspicion of spiking the orange juice in Starbucks with lethal doses of alcohol. The woman was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and poisoning after she was spotted storing the lethal concoctions in a display case along side other various beverages.

The woman, who has been named as Ramineh Behbehanian, was seen by another customer as she took two bottles of the juice out of her bag. Behbehanian fled the outlet when she heard the customer reporting her to the staff. The quick thinking staff member took down her registration number before alerting the authorities.

The store was evacuated as police and firefighters arrived on scene. The juice was laced with a mixture of orange juice and isopropyl alcohol, or rubbing alcohol, which contain a lethal dose.

The store had to be closed for the remainder of the day to aid the investigation. All bottled drinks in the display case have now been destroyed. A spokesperson for Starbucks has thanked the customer for being vigilant and reporting the incident however there is no knowledge as to why it occurred in the first place.

50-year-old Behbehanian is still under questioning. Why she wanted to lethally spike Starbucks customers is a mystery.
